Step-by-step instructions for making flat, round Tiny Dresden plates are included & then you will learn how to assemble them into a table runner or place mat using my own unique quilt-as-you-go technique. 

Sample shown is patriotic in theme, but any color combination will work. If Dresden plates aren't your thing you can omit them & still have a cute table ensemble!
