Cut strips, then cut trees or tree background pairs then sit to sew quick little tree blocks!

Dritz Quilter's Slip N Grips are highly recommended additions for all of my plastic templates. They're pressure sensitive fabric grabbers and can be easily applied to templates. With Slip N Grips your templates can be slipped across fabric and will grip when pressure is applied.
