Through the Pines #288 pattern (PDF Download)
Quilt-as-you-go “Through The Pines” is a lap quilt that you can quilt as you assemble it. No more trying to figure out how to quilt it or having to wait for a quilter.
With my own unique technique, just cut the backing & batting to finished size of quilt & baste them together. Assemble the tree blocks & sew the strips into 40” long double strips then add to the foundation. As you add strips you’re also quilting. When the strips are all sewn on, just bind it & you’re done!
