2" Paper Circle Cutter

Instantly cut 6 perfect 2" freezer paper circles with this paper cutter. 

Simply cut 6 strips of freezer paper 2 1/2", stack them together & slide the cutter down the strips cutting 6 perfect circles with each cut!
